We have an update on Rephael House!

Following negotiations with Barnet Council

• Raphael House have agreed a settlement for the lower amount of £25,000 a year rent. Although this is not what was wanted, it is at the lowest end of what the council was proposing.
• The council have agreed to wave the 12 month backdated fees.
