I wish I could say that this nightmare just ended with this meeting, but no. Sadly this is going to be a long gruelling battle. There will be another meeting in a month or so, I will keep you updated! Thank you ALL so much for your support. You give us strength. Our entire Province is in Jeopardy. If they can change property zoning to mine below the water table only 30 meters from a lake in Lanark Highlands, they can do it ANYWHERE in Ontario! This attack on our wetlands, forest and homes is completely unacceptable behaviour, driven by greed. The fight will continue, the people are gaining strength, organization is in order.
