A large number  concerned  allotment members turned up to the Aylesbury Town council meeting this evening to voice their concerns , since being served notice 4 days ago . This  last minute invitation was extended to us from councillor Mark Winn who said he had only heard about the proposals “through the back door “ and was therefore keen to hear our views.
It was only 15 minute audience  on this occasion but most importantly, we presented the Council with a copy of the title deeds of the land ,which we obtained from the Land Registry Office.
The Title Deeds has a Covenant preventing the land for  being used for anything other than Allotments . 
WHY ARE THE AYLESBURY TOWN COUNCIL IGNORING THIS  CRYSTAL CLEAR COVENANT?!
