councillor Mark Winn has messaged me to say it’s the first he’s heard about this plan  . He said that there is a Council meeting this Thursday July 13th at 7pm where can speak at the start of the meeting and he would like to hear our views Its at 5 Church Street next to the Bucks Museum .
