We just released DPRdata.com — a full data analysis of DPR's own budget presentation to the Arlington County Board — what they left out tells a bigger story.

Here's what the data shows:
A $2 increase hits 85% cost recovery — DPR's own target. A $5 increase makes the program fully self-sustaining. A $10 increase still leaves fees 25% below what private gyms charge.
The Arlington County, VA Department of Parks & Recreation (DPR) tried none of them. They chose elimination.
