Hello Freelancers,
It’s been just three days since our last update, and the petition has nearly doubled in size! an incredible milestone!
We’ve also gained additional media attention. The petition was mentioned in Smashcast Episode #207 over on SmashJT’s YouTube channel, and another article was published on Analytics Insight. While the article didn’t link directly to the petition (so it isn’t tracked by Change.org), it still helps amplify our message:
We’re also now #2 on Google when you search for “Save Anthem” - a sign that your support is cutting through the noise in a big way.
But we’re not stopping here.
Last week, I formally reached out to EA with a request to meet with their PR and Legal teams. I’ve prepared a full pitch deck, executive summary, and proposal in the event we’re invited to present our solution.
This isn’t just about Anthem anymore. It’s about protecting all live-service games from disappearing without a trace. Anthem is our rallying point, but it’s also the first domino in a much larger conversation.
Thank you for being part of this.
Let’s keep sharing, keep advocating, and stay positive as we fight for a more ethical future in game preservation.
Strong Alone. Stronger Together.
