🟥 Enfield Labour run Council are privatising Edmonton Leisure Centre.

➡️ The Leisure Centre is being taken out of public hands and given to a private operator PLUS a £2.5m tax payer funded loan! 

💷 What is more it’s an interest free 30 year loan to the private provider - with the tax payer picking up the tab on the interest. 

⁉️ Many are asking if the Leisure Centre being privatised will mean higher fees to residents. 

🏊‍♂️Swimming returning is an 'aspiration' - not a guarantee.

➡️ The Leisure Centre should remain in public hands and be reopened as soon as possible.
