Save Edmonton Leisure Centre

Enfield Labour run Council have said the Leisure Centre will re-open in the Spring.

The reality;

(1) Council has taken the Leisure Centre out of public hands and given it to a private operator. With a 30 year £2.5m interest free loan (Council / tax payer will foot the bill for the interest).

(2) The Spring re-opening is an aim - not a certainty and will only be a partial re-opening. The aim is a full re-opening in Spring 2026.

(3) No guarantee of swimming returning.
