“The Real Deal” Publishes Story Featuring Allen Morris Park “Restaurant” Plans & Community Concerns

Yesterday, “The Real Deal” broke a nuanced story covering the plans for the “restaurant” at Allen Morris Brickell Park, resident concerns about destroying one of our few public green spaces, the 80-story zoning potential for the park, and more surrounding the park’s controversy.
As far as the “restaurant” goes - not only do we have many local restaurants we should be supporting in these difficult times for the hospitality industry, please consider: if we patronize this specific restaurant, we’re essentially funding the destruction of a public park since we know the restaurant is temporary and the plan is ultimately to build a supertall tower here that will fully destroy the park.
