We did it!! We saved the Elena Gallegos Open Space!!

We are honored and ecstatic to share that the permanent injunction is official! The Elena Gallegos will forever be preserved as open space wilderness, and will forever be protected from buildings and government development. Her perfect, beautiful land is our most valuable public resource, and the greatest gift we can leave our children and grandchildren. 

We could not have done it without each and every one of you. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for 11,888 signatures on our petition, and for your love, care, concern, and support.

Truly, today is a great day. We cannot overstate how rare it is for the “little guy” to sue his government and WIN! We saved the Elena Gallegos!
