"Save the Elena Gallegos" celebrates another victory in our lawsuit against the City of Albuquerque!

At our hearing yesterday, the judge heard arguments from our lawyer and the City's lawyer, then firmly *DENIED* the City's motion for summary judgment in their favor.

Our case will now proceed to a second hearing on June 6 (to hear OUR motion for summary judgment that our eighteen citizen plaintiffs have standing to enforce the deed to the Elena Gallegos) and hopefully, after that, to trial.

The journey ahead is long, but today we are one step closer to a permanent injunction. Thank you for your continued support!
