18 months ago we lost our beloved Harold’s park farm, home to 95 horses, xc course, indoor and outdoor competition arenas. Since then we’ve lost horseheath eventing, Goring heath eventing and many more.
Yesterday I walked 11.5 miles, for 5.5hrs mowing 2 acres of paddocks with a garden mower for our summer rallies. I have welts on my legs from wearing welling boots to protect my shins from flying stones.
As a former livery of Harold’s and district commissioner for Enfield Chace Pony Club, I’m struggling like many to keep facilities going which are reliant on dedication of a handful of volunteers.
So we’re desperately asking support to help us to keep our facilities open and we need funds to help with ground maintenance and facility development.
