We bring to attention a severe case of personal harassment by Marcin Zastawny against his own child and child's mother, both of whom are Russian nationals. The victims have been compelled to leave their residence in Poland due to the growing hostility, notably after the Polish police failed to tackle this issue responsibly. Moreover, Zastawny has escalated this situation by systematically lodging lawsuits in court, taking complete advantage of the victims' inability to defend themselves while staying in Russia. This demonstrates blatant misuse of the judicial system. Unfortunately, the unending saga of false accusations and testimonies by Zastawny to the police has battered the reputation. This situation raises pressing concerns about persecution based on nationality, non-cooperation of local police, and misuse of judiciary for personal vendetta. We urge the responsible authorities to reevaluate the evidence and urge immediate action against the culprits to restore justice.
