Changing wording

Since I began this campaign the Henderson Dmv officals have removed the section of the scooter/moped registration page that stated that "the primary determining factor was 50 cc." The same people who told me there was nothing they could do that it was legislature , and they had no part of it. They must have been able to do something because it that whole section is GONE
