Petition updateSAVE A FAMILY HOME!!! SAY NO TO HMO!!!OBJECT TO 89 CUCKOO AVENUE'S RETROSPECTIVE PLANNING APPLICATION
N SmithLondon, United Kingdom
Sep 26, 2020

Hi everyone - just a quick update.

The owner of the property has applied to Ealing Council for retrospective planning on a rear dormer that was built bigger than original approved plans.
Even though the owner was in breach of planning permission, they continued to build regardless.

There was no care or consideration for neighbours who's lives they disrupted with the building works.

As you are aware we live in a Conservation Area and there are stipulations as to what can and cannot be built.

We neighbours are now worried as this eyesore is overlooking gardens, resulting in loss of privacy.

The overlarge dormer  is also out of character with the Conservation Area and its houses within the Cuckoo Estate.

There is also a concern as to how it has been built, as there was a very poor standard of workmanship carried out on the property.

I would be very grateful indeed if local residents could submit their own objections and leave comments.

This will hopefully help in getting the rear dormer taken down and in sorting out the other House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) issues.

Please continue to show your support by leaving your objections on the Council’s Planning applications website using the following reference number 202247HH or click on the following link. OBJECT TO 89 CUCKOO AVENUE RETROSPECTIVE ROOF DORMER APPLICATION
