It is crucial that those concerned about the proposed new infrastructure project in North Shore Park attend the “public information” meeting on November 30th from 6 to 8pm in the Rotary Hall, upstairs at the Plex, 600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin.
If you would like to preserve North Shore Park as a well-forested natural public park without a concrete splash pad, please express your opinion to Saugeen Shores by attending this public information night. An hour of your time will help save North Shore Park. The public feedback received at this meeting will be given to Council before the final vote. Some of the Council members will likely base their decision and vote on the feedback received at this public meeting. This is why it is important for you to attend.
Speak up and give your opinion before it’s too late and the final Council decision is made, the trees cut, and the concrete poured. Thank you for your support.
If you can’t make it to the meeting Wednesday please send an email to all of the councilors or call them to express your opinion concerning this project. Sending an email is a good way for our visitors who use North Shore Park to express their opinion.
