The Biden administration has released the intelligence report on the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi that concludes that "Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman approved an operation in Istanbul, Turkey, to capture or kill Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi." However, the U.S. will not be placing sanctions on the crown prince. MBS need to fully give a freedom to those detained and under house for no valid reason as his next step is unpredictable.
