Over a year later and I'm still seeing issues with updating causing user pain. A recent interview between Mary Jo Foley and Terry Myerson resonated with me: "MJF: Here's why I'm asking. For me, just one data point in the world, I get my PC working great, but then I get a new update to Anniversary Update and some things aren't working like they worked before. I wonder which of the updates I just got did something to it." We still need control of updating. We still need better documentation so that when there is a release, we understand the changes and understand the fixes.
