SaskTel, Stop Ignoring Your Rural Customers
The Issue
We the undersigned would like to bring your attention to the following problems with SaskTel service to the RM of Enniskillen:
1. Calls are often dropped. When residents call Sask-Tel for support there is no resolution. We would like someone to address this issue, or at the very least, have the rates we are charged reflect this lack of service.
2. We live close to the border, and are often charged roaming fees when our phones pick up the tower in the United States. Charges of this nature, if and when they occur, should be immediately reversed until such a time the mistake can be fixed.
3. We should have the same level of service for the same rates that are offered to other areas of the province. When we call with complaints, we need to have our issues addressed, in a timely manner, not told to track the number of dropped calls, to do so, and to continue to have this issue overlooked.
