Hello everyone, 

Thank you to everyone that has donated to support this petition, shared it and continue to follow the steps along the way. It’s been over a year since Santana had been found October 28th of 2022. It’s been a pain staking process ever since Santana's disappearance began and it continues to be. 

The family has been waiting to get answers. The legal proceedings can take awhile before the case actually makes it way to the courtroom before a judge for a preliminary trial. Evidence is expected to be presented in court by law enforcement’s findings pertaining to the case. The preliminary trial dates have been delayed again. There was a date set for January 25th which has now been moved to March 18th.
