Many of you have been waiting and asking for updates on the status of the case.

Since the arrests on January 5th of this year there hasn’t been anything publicly released by the Merced County Sheriff’s Department. No press conference, no social media post and little to no transparency with the family. Unfortunately questions remain unanswered.

The coward Mendoza is currently out on bail after being arrested for accessory after the fact and currently has a child custody case. 

The other coward Lomeli remains in jail and has been rescheduled to return to the Merced County Superior Court on May 4th.
