Thank you all for the support when Rosie died. Your presence made me feel less crazy as I fought for justice. It's been a slow drawn out process. January we finally had the actual trial. The neighbor didn't offer any evidence or witnesses. I spoke up. Five witnesses spoke up. 

The judge took his time to read the information submitted. He made a ruling last week. He found in my favor. The neighbor was found guilty of maintaining a private nuisance. My call for an injunction on him owning any more dogs was denied. In short, he was held accountable but is allowed to start again. More dogs. Nothing changes. 

With this final verdict, I was able to complete the memoir of this process, one that celebrates Rosie's life with me as well as taking the reader through the paperwork and demands as we went to court. It's a multimedia project. I've made the book to be a free pdf download. You're welcome to read it.
