There really isn't one. Animal Control and the Sheriffs still haven't charged Ybarra with anything. We had two attorneys interested but they have backed out. We need to file a torte claim in the next month and a civil case against Ybarra asap. The county had cameras on his property but removed them. I've installed my own, put up signs and gates with the help of friends. 
But. I still don't feel safe. How many years am I going to live in a place where I am kept captive by my neighbor's threats? What will it take for the authorities to protect us?
