An innocent African American teen was killed without a cause. It is clear that the shooter did not act in self-defense and indeed had been racial profiling African Americans for quite sometime. It is not okay to make an assumption by race, kill, and lie to cover-up your mess! As an educated African American, I am sick of the racism that is constantly displayed on a daily basis. When reading this story I became ill and remained in disbelief for sometime. After hearing the 911 calls and the young man's plea for help I immediately decided to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MESS!!!! I will continue to pray that justice will be served! Above all, AMERICA LET'S OPEN OUR EYES!! Trayvon Martin plea IS NOT in VAIN! ~UNITED WE STAND~
