The San Diego Padre fan base is tired of being mediocre, tired of being in last place in the NL West and tired of having a subpar Manager.  For the first time in a long time, we the fans have a team that we can be proud to cheer for.  We cannot and will not tolerate a manger who doesn't put his own players and the team's fan base first.  Fire Jayce Tingler and let this be a learning opportunity for him.
