PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST HAS BEEN RECEIVED

After a year of searching for answers, Skyleur’s family has received their first response to their public records request and are now awaiting the next response. According to the CPRA (more specifically, Government Code 6253) the County must respond within 10 business days of receipt of the letter. There are very few exceptions to this rule. Continue to share this campaign and request signatures in support of Skyleur’s family. Nobody should be in the dark about what happened to their loved ones, especially at the hands of the Government.
