Apple Valley kills approximately 12 to 25 animals a DAY!

We must replace Supervisor Dawn Rowe who is behind sending Apple Valley these innocent souls. She does NOTHING to control breeding in District 3. I called the rescue SHE claims is providing free spay/neuter. They said they aren't. LIES. LIES! LIES!

Isn't anyone out there available for public service? I would but I have 2 senior dogs who need me. Someone. Anyone. I you wanna save these souls, we've gotta replace the Supervisors with animal lovers.
