We had a hoarding case that involved 81 puppies and doggies here in the Big Bear area. The person who hoarded all these animals has been released from jail and is now attempting to regain control of these pups. The problem is that this person is living in a tent in Lucerne Valley and is making posts where she is attempting to set up yet another fraudulent animal rescue under a false name. We have reported this to animals control in SBC but we all know nothing will happened until this person's court case is heard in front of a judge. Who knows what will happen then but we all know very little will be done. So, what we can do is make sure these puppies and doggies are adopted before this person gets their hands on any of the dogs.

Please come to the Big Bear Alpine Zoo on June 20th, 2024 between the hours of 11 AM and 2 PM. We need heroes to step forward.
