“As your county supervisor I’m committed to protecting animals in our shelters, funding new shelters, and doing everything we can to stop unnecessary animal euthanasia.”
Chris Carrillo
Candidate for SBC Board of Supervisors District

I had the opportunity to sit down with Chris Carrillo to discuss his vision for leading District 3 in San Bernardino County as a County Supervisor. His commitment to animal welfare left a strong impression on me, and I am confident he would be responsive to any concerns raised about our animal shelters.

Despite multiple attempts to engage with Dawn Rowe, the current incumbent, I received no replies to my calls or emails. On the rare occasions when I did manage to speak with her at public events, her answers did not inspire confidence or offer hope. Crucially, Dawn Rowe is part of the group of five Board members who have directed $500,000 a year to The City of Apple Valley's Animal Shelter, a facility notorious for the mass euthanization of abandoned animals. We cannot endorse Dawn Rowe's continuation in office. I urge you to consider voting for Chris Carrillo, whose impressive background includes working for Senator Diane Feinstein.
