Re: Enzo
I thought I’d share with you the zoom link to the Lodi City Council meeting this Wednesday at 7pm.
The public can speak for 5 minutes per person.
https://www.lodi.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_02012023-1324
Remember to mention in your 5 minutes the following...
1) The City of Lodi must have INDEPENDENT oversight of this investigation of Enzo's death. Lodi is asking for their own Animal Control services to investigate themselves. We demand an INDEPENDENT investigation resulting in a presentation to the public of a timeline of events leading up to Enzo's death, door cam and security cam footage of Enzo from the point of leaving his yard until his dead body was placed in the Lodi Animal Control vehicle, a full report on any relationships of callers reporting Enzo to animal control officers or police on the scene, provide testimony and evidence from the family that Enzo reportedly chased and/or tried to attack, a complete report on the backgrounds of the animal control officer and police officer revealing any crimes or misdemeanors, a reporting of how much is spent on animal control services, a full reporting on how many times catch poles were used by this officer and if there are any other reports of this officer mishandling a catch pole, etc. And remind the City Council that most of this information has already been uncovered so we are expecting transparency.
I look forward to meeting you ALL on Wednesday's call.
Give to Enzo's legal fund and help fight Lodi.
