Not one person has responded to the call for mercy save the cattle dog locked up in Big Bear Animal Pound located in Big Bear City, California. It looks like Big Bear is going to be forced to kill another dog because our city/county continues to ignore proposing Nathan Winograd's NO KILL resolution. The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old.
