They are killing these dogs because COUNTY tells them that they don't want ANY liability. How about you work with these animals so they aren't frustrated. You don't take them on walks, allow them to play, no volunteer interaction, just locked away in a cage. We can do better but nothing will change if we don't DEMAND action.
