I think we need to ask the people running this hell hole if they are truly a shelter! They are making a Bichon/Poodle RESCUE ONLY for growling. These people should not be able to label dogs aggressive for growling. If that was a “criteria” for making a dog RESCUE ONLY every dog in a shelter environment would be on the list.
