On August 1st my dog pistol got out my yard, the yardman accidently left the gate open,i put up flyers, went on social media, shelters, made phone calls ,went on next door app,finally found him at san Antonio pets alive, they refused to give him back ,the first day i was told bring $99 back the next day ,plus he had to be fixed they claims thats san Antonio law so i agreed the next day on August 8th, Anna the other one of the other employees said i cound not have him back that I was mistaken this is nit your dog ,their vet said he was only 4 year old, and i showed them his paperwork from the breader, pistol was born 5/5/2005,he's 12 years old ,even mary west who i bought him from verified it ,but still they want return him,so I'm taking them to court on December 8th @9am at precinct 4,i have a lawyer but in this date he has to go out of town, but im still goung though with the lawsuit, ALL O WANT IS MY DOG BACK
