The issue was phones weren't available to pick up until 10am on 4/21/17 and this required receipt to be attached to take advantage of the promo.

This gave unfair advantage for people who got their product delivered earlier than others as well as people living in Eastern Standard Time zone had 3 hour head start verses people in Pacific Time Zone.

Samsung knew they had well over 500,000 units pre-ordered and only providing this short of supply is not only absurd, but also mock & deceive their customers.

Samsung should supply more than stated amount and fulfill all promotion for their loyal customers who stood by their side giving them another chance even after Note 7 issue of 2016.
