Dolby Atmos and DD+ over HDMI ARC for 2016 Samsung SUHD TV

Samsung should offer fix their support for Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital + Sound via the HDMI ARC connection for it's 2016 line of Samsung KS Series SUHD TVs.
Considering that these TV's are considered Premium within Samsung's line and this feature is still advertised as supported on their product pages on Samsung.com, DD+ should be supported. But it's not, and it remains broken after many pleas for a fix.
This is an important feature in this day and age, because Dolby Atmos and DTS:X Sound formats are becoming more and more important on the market. Currently we have to work around the TV to get these sound formats working, since the Samsung SUHD TVs only pass up to DD 5.1 on to the AVR. DD+ Would allow for higher quality sound to be passed through, even potentially atmos to work.
We want to see our Plex, Amazon Video, Netflix, and other apps support DD+ Passthrough, so that we can experience higher quality sound to accompany our HDR Movies.
Other TV Manufacturers like Sony/Vizio already offer working DD+/Dolby Atmos Passthrough for their 2016 TVs, so Samsung should be able to do this as well.
We paid a premium price for a premium TV, the feature is listed as supported at:
Yet the feature continues to be broken, and has not been fixed to date. Samsung fix this feature you promised us.
Thanks for signing!
