complaint against samsung

The Issue

I bought a new Samsung fridge on 7.12.2017.at Rs. 33,300. at SREES, Samsung plaza, #2 Balfour road, Kelly's, Chennai -10. On Sunday 10.12.2017. A person introduced himself that he is coming from Samsung service center for demo his name is Baskar Babu. I allowed him. He cut the package and replied that there's no thermocoal and the backside of the fridge sticker tampered. Then on doubt I asked him You have ID card. He said no.I asked him to given the damaged statement in written. Immediately I called 100. Sl came to my house he investigate him for 1hour then he takes him to the police station. Then I also gave a written complaint at the police station. From this the dealer delivered unqualified product it's proven. The dealer and Samsung service center both have pre-planned to cheat, and to spoil the product it's well clear . That's why he came on holiday. Please take action on both and help me to get the refund as soon as possible..  case was registered at chief minister cell, CAI ( consumer association of india) in that also registered, Consumer helpline.gov.in also registered reg no is : 564258 on 5th January 2018.
