Pit bulls are banned in many cities in Kansas with no good reasoning. Pit bulls were once seen as a violent breed for their upbringing -- their owners taught them to fight due to their high pain tolerance and muscular builds. Pit bulls are still being mistreated severely for violent outbursts that are not their faults. These dogs should not be punished for things they are not learning on their own, I urge you all to sign this petition to bring to attention a breed that is getting hate for something they cannot control. I believe pit bulls should not be banned, but instead the owner's of violent pit bulls should be punished for violence committed by these helpless dogs. Please take action for these dogs as they cannot act for themselves.
