We WON @Sainsburys! They will DROP their #PeriodPrices!

Hello kick ass campaigners!!! We have some amazing news: following our proposed demo scheduled for this Thursday, Sainsbury's have decided to DROP their period prices. Period! WE DID IT!!! A Sainsbury's spokesperson told me: "We’ve reduced the price of over 100 tampons and other sanitary products by 5%. This is to cover VAT on these items before they are zero rated". Well done you amazing people!!! We will still hold our demo on Thursday nonetheless. Please still join us!! I would love to campaign with you in person. This just shows how well our campaigns work! We may switch the focus of our demo to ASDA, our final supermarket left to lobby! More details to follow tomorrow...! Have a lovely evening, Laura :)
