PLESE HELP TO TAKE MR. RATNAKAR AND THE TRUSTEES TO COURT. This is the only solution now!!!!!!

The Management of Sathya Sai Baba Ashram continue the cruelty to animals all the time. Nothing good is happening in the Sathya Sai Baba Ashram. Dogs are suffering both inside the ashram and outside on the streets. The sticks have been ruling the life of the ashram dogs for more than 1 year!!!!!!!! Mr. Ratnakar, the Trustees and the Management of Sathya Sai Baba Ashram have become more and more aggressive towards the Ashram dogs. It seems that they will never stop before all the dogs have been eliminated from the ashram!!!! They ignore the Indian laws and have become a very bad example for people to follow!! THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY ADVICE, SO NOW THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. The “DOG RULES 2001” states that sterilized dogs are not allowed to be displaced from their territory in the interest of the public safety and the prevention of Rabies. (all ashram dogs are sterilized and given Rabies vaccine) The “PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT 1960” makes beating a punishable offence. Chapter III no 11, “if any person beats, kicks, overrides …etc. he shall be punishable”. Only Mrs. Maneka Gandhi has the power to stop them and take them to court!!!! Will Mrs. Maneka Gandhi stop the cruelty to animals in the Sathya Sai Baba Ashram? We are still waiting. Dogs are suffering. ALL OF YOU THAT SUPPORT THE ASHRAM DOGS PLEASE WRITE TO HER AND ASK HER. Please share her answer in a comment. We still need your help TO SHARE THE PETITION and if possible CONTACT AN INDIAN NEWS PAPER and tell them about the petition and the cruelty to animals in the Sathya Sai Baba Ashram. A pressure from outside will support the Ashram dogs. A Volunteer caring for the dogs are always needed in Puttaparthy and the Ashram. But you have to be here to help.
