BAN STICKS IN THE SAI BABA ASHRAM. BAN FOOD RESTRICTIONS. Allow feeding at the LADIES TOILET and outside the WESTERN CANTEEN. The animals need URGENT HELP. COMPLAIN NOW. The Authorities are using ILLEGAL METHODS to close the petition. About 100 signatures removed. "They can remove signatures from a piece of paper, but the signatures from the HEART THAT CARES for dogs they cannot remove". YOUNG BOYS are trained to go around the ashram to BEAT all the dogs with sticks again and again. The authorities SCARE PEOPLE telling them that dogs bite and are dangerous. Because of FOOD RESTRICTION about 15 dogs are not having food. Dogs have died, disappeared, fallen ill, having skin problems, stress, restless, fear and frustration. All KITTEN are removed from the mother and thrown out like RUBBISH. Planning to catch all the dogs and keep them in CASES. Authorities PRACTISE: No animal WELFARE. No animal TOLERENCE.
