Dear neighbors, 

HCHC is holding a virtual meeting on Wednesday 10/23/24 at 6pm.

We have been advocating for an in person meeting since our last zoom meeting with HCHC was overtaken by a political action committe (Santa Monica Forward), special interest developers, lobbyists and people pretending to be our neighbors within 750 square feet of a development that will affect our neighborhood. Our voices went unheard again. In fact the city is trying to buy the Unleashed building at the corner of 14th & Wilshire to supersize the project.
