Toilets in rest of the toll plazas by March 2019

The NHAI has said that there would be TOILETS in all the 372 toll plazas by March 2019! Some relief or an eye wash. The Govt says that there are toilets inn 192 toll plazas across the country and in the rest 180 they would instruct the toll plaza operators to build and maintain toilets by March 2019. Thanks. But, this would help only those who are travelling by individual vehicles and may by to the truck drivers. Thanks again. But, what about bus travellers?
