An article in Kent Online, demonstrates the real life impact that Dartford residents face when ULEZ expansion starts in August this year.

The introduction of the charge will make life difficult for Dartford residents who use NHS services and hospitals in neighbouring London boroughs.

An Ebbsfleet resident reports they have been referred to Queen Mary's in Sidcup for appointments, yet the family car, is not ULEZ compliant. Meaning every appointment would require crossing into London, facing a £12.50 charge. This is just one of many scenarios where Sadiq Khan’s plan will cost people more. 

That is why almost 30,000 have signed this petition and why so many oppose this scheme. 

Dartford Conservatives continue to make the case against ULEZ and urge the Mayor of London to scrap his expansion plans.
