This reduces Theresa May’s majority and could help shift the debate towards a soft Brexit, where we keep a strong relationship with our European partners. This week will also be an important as one of the biggest constitutional cases for a generation will be heard at the UK Supreme Court on Article 50. The process of Brexit matters because the rights contained in EU law are so important to people’s lives. Whatever the judgment, we’re working to make sure MPs do not water down a single one of our hard-fought for human rights.
