Sorry for the late notice. Please show your support by attending the public hearing at the meeting held by the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) before that panel makes deliberations about the Flinders Link Development Project:

Thursday 24 January 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Ground Floor meeting room, ODASA, 28 Leigh St, Adelaide. (Office for Design and Architecture SA).

More information can be found at the following link: https://www.saplanningcommission.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/526882/3.1.1_DPTI_Flinders_Link_Project_-_Report_and_Attachments.pdf?fbclid=IwAR35jrgoKygbqgqJvQkkFgN-3CD5Oso-6TYDcaln3RpevDa6E8YuzUt7D2E

This link provides details of the Agenda Item 3.1.1. Flinders Link extension of the Tonsley rail line and new railway station.

You can see all the submissions (representations) made to the SCAP (by members of the public, councils and other agencies) in relation to the project as well as the Applicant's (DPTI's) responses.

Submissions begin at page 222. The petition comments and signatures are in Submission 4 (page 230). The DPTI's responses to public submissions are from page 338.

The full Agenda of the meeting for 24 Jan 2019 can be found here: https://www.saplanningcommission.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0006/526875/SCAP_Agenda_-_24_January_2019.pdf

I will get 5 minutes to respond to the SCAP report. I would really like to attend in person but I might need to settle for telecommunications because of extremely hot weather making it dangerous to my health to travel.

More information about meeting proceedings is here: https://www.saplanningcommission.sa.gov.au/scap/agendas_minutes

"Members of the public and media are welcome to attend SCAP hearings to observe development assessment applications being heard."
