More seriously - it was a huge pressure for me to deliver a statement to the inquiry's Inspector Joanne Gilbert, but certain things needed to be said. I had been up from 2am the night before trying to edit the final piece. Hence, the ashen look.

The reaction to the statement has been wonderful. It was referred to as "powerful" and "meaningful" and "very much appreciated".  

And one person joked: "You should get the Nobel Peace Prize."  That would be super, but I honestly believe that Donald Trump deserves it - now that he will bring war to an end in Iran.
