We, the undersigned, proclaim that we will partner with each other, the residents, and the officials of Rutherford County to create a community dedicated to becoming No Kill. We will do this by preventing and diverting animals from the shelter and by rescuing them from the shelter.

We will work together in a common cause to provide the resources necessary to help save the animals in the community and improve the health and quality of life for the animals and the residents of Rutherford County.
