URGENT: LGBT+ activist and journalist faces torture due to a Russian court’s decision

Dear all, Our friend and colleague, Ali Feruz, who was actively involved in our campaign in defense of gay men escaped from secret prisons in Chechnya, was sentenced to the deportation from Russia to Uzbekistan, where he will be put in prison and tortured. European Court for Human Rights has already said it would be illegal to deport Ali Feruz but Russia recently decided it will no longer necessarily abide by the Court’s decision.
