To stop the removal of Children Playgrounds in the Rushmoor Borough

Local Councillors are considering proposals to remove 19 playgrounds across Rushmoor as a cost-saving measure, to allow money to go to the larger locations. Rushmoor has the highest level of child obesity in Hampshire and reducing the number of playgrounds may not help that and if they close these areas and convert them to an open space then would they simply become magnets for fly-tipping or wasteland?
These playgrounds are used by many families and are an area which can be seen from local houses and will become an eye sore if removed.
